This long track EF4 tornado leveled the towns of Rolling Fork, Amory, Silver City, Winona and Yazoo City in it’s 60 mile path. We grieve with these towns for the lives lost as well as the homes and businesses destroyed.

CitiIMPACT and it’s local and national partners have come alongside these communities through local churches. Today in Amory hot meals will be served. Semi loads of relief aid, food, hygiene items are enroute this week.

We are committed to long term recovery and rebuilding here in MS as we have in other cities like Mayfield, KY where CitiIMPACT teams have continued to serve over a year later. Last week we sat with this precious family now living one of the six “Building Hope” houses in Mayfield.
