CitiIMPACT

UKRAINE: Building HOPE even still …

200 tiny homes placed in Ukraine – mostly for widows.  Now CitiIMPACT is helping to build a church in this community -the dedication will take place in August and JD is planning to be there!

Most of you probably heard of the large dam that was blown up in the south Kherson region. Upwards of 16000 are displaced, untold deaths – an ecological disaster with far reaching consequence as the land flooded was called the “breadbasket of Europe”. Our partners took supplies and pumps to serve as able.  We have a container of relief aid arriving in just a couple of weeks.

The artwork above is “While the World is Watching” by young Ukranian artist Mariia Loniuk.  Let us not watch silently.  Yes, let us pray fervently AND let us act.

Send Your Gift of HOPE to the Widows and Orphans of Ukraine

Even as we work to serve in many disaster zones, including the tornado that just hit Perryton, TX, we are keeping an eye on the strong threat for tornados this week and the newly formed Tropical Storm Bret. Please stay weather aware and be prepared.
